I am a total insomniac. I use to take pills to go to sleep earlier because I had to be at work so early in the am. I got a later starting morning job and it is still a problem as I find myself sleepy in the am and somedays all day. But, then at night I just cant sleep. I dont really have medical so im not trying to get on pills again. Any natural, teas or herbs, rituals etc. And not counting sheep,,,,,,,

The pope quoted a writer that wrote about a person in the 1500's that said Muhammad spread the word of evil. But now the islamic community is rioting. Don't they see that the fury against the pope proves his point? I'm an Atheist, so I think the pope is full of shiat, but the fact that the islamics are rioting against him just proves his point...

I'm Irish... and I for one am WAAAYYY more attracted to the opposite sex then most men. And on top of that, I know an Irish guy who comes to my next door neighbors house sometimes, and he talks about having sex all the time and always being horny. I recently read a new planet was detected 450 lighyears, can it be possible that the planet doesn't exist anymore? and we are just detecting the light that was projected by it. If what we see is what light reflects then wouldn't scientist be detecting a planet that was there 450 years ago. In other words if someone is in that planet right now looking at earth, wouldn't that person be looking at the very past?
