my mom caught my dad cheating early this morning. this isnt the first time she caught him but she wont leave him. he lies and she knows it but she stands by him they have been married 19 yrs and she is very dependent on him not with money but emotionally so what do i tell her when she wont leave.

Is it just me or is it completely disrespectful to compare our President to Hitler? I've seen this "question" about a million times on here, and it really bugs me. What bugs me the most is that the majority of people asking this question are Americans. I mean, I don't agree with President Bush either, but he IS our President. He was voted by a majority twice to lead the country, and even if he's not doing it to satisfaction he still holds a very respectable office and deserves some sort of dignity and respect with his title as President of the United States of America. Not to mention that Hitler killed millions of people - including torturing them for medical experiments and humiliating them. Not to mention the fact that he separated families and tattooed serial numbers to human beings like cattle. In my opinion, those who survived or those who lost loved ones to the Holocaust should be greatly and deeply offended. All I have to say is thank God for freedom of speech. So is it just me?

I work in a very small expensive retail store, there are currently 6 girls employed, my manager has decided to bump me up, more hours and a possible pay raise. But she said that she noticed Im too nice with the other girls and I let them take my sales...I do, cause I dont want to be mean, and the girls dont do it on purpose. Which brings me to my question, how can I work with my customer, what should I say to her when she tries on that dress, should I strike up a conversation? And about what? What will keep my customer with me?

At work today, the elevator opened to go down: no one was on it, and no one on my floor pushed the down button.

Also, many times I have looked outside and seen leaves moving along the ground, with no-one pushing them.

Finally, sometimes at night, I'll hear a loud "click", and then cold air will suddenly come out of the metal grates on my floors and walls.

The question is simple; do you or do you not agree with the following theory:
Let's set aside all political correctness and society's "need" to not stereotype--because all stereotypes are based on some truth.
Generally speaking, I have seen many more physically fit, young AA males than unfit, young AA males. I'm sure many of you have too. The ratio of fit to unfit AA males I think is greater than that of any other race in the US (caucasian, hispanic, asian, etc.)
This leads me to propose AA's have a genetic advantage in their physical structure that resulted from a process of natural selection in the colonial days.
Think about it. Only the physically strongest and toughest could survive the long journey from Africa to US and YEARS of slave labor. The weak slaves were...

I like sony and i like playstation. I never had any game consoles and now that ps2 is cheat so i can get it now, but the ps3 is going to come out and i have very hard decision on which one should i get. I don't mind that ps2 can't play ps3 games and i don't have an HDTV so no point, but i also thinking that ps3 can play ps2 so there is no point to buy ps2 now. Should i get ps2 now and get the ps3 in the future or save up my money to get the ps3?
