At work today, the elevator opened to go down: no one was on it, and no one on my floor pushed the down button.

Also, many times I have looked outside and seen leaves moving along the ground, with no-one pushing them.

Finally, sometimes at night, I'll hear a loud "click", and then cold air will suddenly come out of the metal grates on my floors and walls.

Oh my gosh, you've got to be kidding me. If someone on another floor needs to go down and they push the down button, the elevator will still go down.

Have you ever heard of wind? It moves things.

When air comes out of the vents...the AC or heat probably came on. If no one turned it on, you might have it set so when the house reaches a certain temperature the air will come on.

You didn't really think these were ghosts, did you?

leaves are the wind, the elevator maybe a glitch or someone on a different floor pushed the button. and the cold air, possible air conditioning. Now if anything that doesn't have a reasonable explantion has happeend I'd like to hear about it.

I am an open minded person when it comes to the"paranormal".
One thing that I learned from reading books on the subject as well
as attending ghost hunting workshops/meetings was that it's
imperative I look at all natural explanations first. Then after eliminating these I look to see if the place really is haunted.Try
some "detective" work on your own.Check out the link below.

Definitely a ghost. Don't let anyone try to convince you that it is a faulty lift, or that it is the breeze pushing the leaves or even that the noise from the grates is caused by some fault or other. Even if people tell you that you are stupid, superstitious and imaginative, do not believe them. If they try to tell you that ghosts have better things to do don't believe them.

Personally, although I leave the matter entirely with you, I do not believe for one moment that it is a ghost or anything unnatural..

Lol....I love how all these people give serious answers to your questions?!! That's tooooo d@mn funny.

My advice.......liberally sprinkle holy water (if you don't have any, just use water mixed with a bit of Old Spice cologne - evil spirits aren't that bright)......over your genitalia. Then when you enter a space that you think is "possessed"...do the "hokey pokey" with your pelvis region (don't skip the part where you shake it all about).

That usually mortifies evil spirits and they want to get away. Of course, some want to join in, so if they do, switch to the tango or the cha cha....they are notorious poor dancers and will usually just leave embarrassed with their ectoplasm tucked between their legs.
