I run everyday like 3 to four miles hardcore no stopping, and i eat a bowl of cerea for breakfast, and orange for lunch, and 2 pieces of boiled plain chicken for dinner. Is this going to prevent me from gaining weight now that i have quit smoking? Help plz i need tips. Also, i drink a butt-load of water probably close to a gallon.
