If you have an infection, you need to see a doctor and get some antibiotics to cure it. Cranberry juice and cranberry pills can help PREVENT urinary tract infections, but cannot cure one.

AZO is good but it is not a cure for the infection, it is helpful if you just have a burning but if you infection has reach more ( uranary tract, kidneys) it dose not work. You would have to see a DR who may prescribe an antibiotic like Cipro, Keflex or Septra with and anticeptic like Urethron DS and to help with the flushing 1/2 gsllon of ocean spray daily for 7-10 days

Cranberry is used to maintain healthy urinary tract not to clear infection. It is very important to get this cleared up as soon as possible because uti's can become very painful with symptoms such as dizziness, pain, confusion, etc. After you get this taken care of then the cranberry would be a good idea.Hope i helped.Good Luck!

You should know that the research was using cranberry juice from concentrate, and was effective in keeping E.coli bacteria from colonizing onto the bladder walls.
There are many other kinds of bacteria that cause bladder infections, and I have never read any research that verifies cranberry pills, or fresh juice or dried cranberries or cranberries themselves, will prevent E.Coli infection.

AZO only controls the symptoms of a UTI. It does not get rid the bacteria that caused your UTI. See your doc for a urine check to make sure you don't need antibiotics.

Yes. They can help alleviate the problem till you can get to your doctor and have a check up. Azo is not meant to cure UTI's. Please your doctor to diagnose a UTI or bladder infection. You will likely need antibiotics. Hope you feel better.
