you know first go to http://www.foodpyrmid.com/ this will help you. Second get out from in front of the computer and get walking. How skinny do you want to be. I remember when 36-24-36 was a good thing. What you do to your body now will effect you in 10-20 years, ask your doctor for help with this, or a trainer at a gym. I eat 5 meals a day every 3 hours. the last 2 meals are not as big as the first. but the key is your metabolism, eat a good breakfast like.... 1)1/2 cut oatmeal before cooked, 1/2 a grapefruit (burns fat) and 4 hard boiled eggs and only 1 yolk and that is my breakfast. I have started with a trainer for body building. I have lost 2 pounds in 2 weeks, that is pretty good.

Eat a balanced diet but spread it out so that you're eating little bits every two hours. For instance, have some toast at 8am and an orange at 10am. Maybe half a sandwich and some crackers at noon - etc, exercise (cycling or running are excellent exercise) for at least 30 minutes a day and drink 2 litres of water a day.

You'll have to use more calories than you eat. Eat healthier and exercise 3-4 times a week for like 30 minutes a day or walk for 30 minutes.

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

5 wks---10 lbs, you vbest be disipline for this, no not milk but yogart help burn fat, you have to be active, walk, run swim, dfance, play and to this eat less not 3 meals but 6 snake like meals you know to increase your metabolisim. drink at least a gallon of water daily /9 not all at once) and include 2 servings of yogart and 4 servings of fruits

fast food is salty food if you cut back on the salt in a few weeks youll be able to better taste the natural salts in food and may not crave the junk as much as you used to
