why can't i login?

i was logged in ealier this morning...after 2 pm i tried to log in and i can't...i uninstalled the yahoo program 3 times and then reinstalled it and still cannot login in....whats wrong?

Yahoo! is down. My own opinion of course, but lots of times it could get so bad, maybe we should call it "Yahell!"? Oh well, just a thought. >:)
