A man was walking through a forest pondering life. He walked,
pondered, walked, and pondered. He felt very close to nature
and even close to God. He felt so close to God that he felt if
he spoke God would listen.
So he asked, "God, are you listening?"

And God replied, "Yes my son, I am here."

The man stopped and pondered some more.

He looked towards the sky and said, "God, what is a million years to you?"

God replied, "Well my son, a second to me is like a million years to you."

So the man continued to walk and to ponder... walk and ponder...
Then he looked to the sky again and said, "God, what is a million
dollars to you?"

And God replied, "My son, my son...a penny to me is like a million
dollars to you. It means almost nothing to me. It does not even have
a value it is so little."

The man looked down, pondered a bit and then looked up to the sky
and said, "God, can I have a million dollars?"

And God replied, "In a second."

How do people do french manicure at home and i mean the ones with the white tips, I want to know because i dont want to always pay to do my nails and when i try using white nailpolish on my nail tips they always smedge or somthing. Is there any ways i can do french manicure without skrewing it up at, other than geting them done?

Im 19 yrs old and i love to donate blood, every 56 days im there! ive done it 6 times and i think it helps a lot of people,but my family have told me that they watched the news once and they said something about donating blood and how doing it too many times when you get older it will hurt your system or something like that,now they dont want me to do it anymore but i really dont know what to think...any information will help..

The world has about 6.5 billion people, of which only about 66% have a television. That leaves about 4 billion people. With China having about 1.3 billion people do we really think they will wake up at 3 am to watch a FIFA where their country is not participating? North American ratings show not alot of people are watching.

I might be able to say 750 million to 1 billion...but 2-3 billion, i think not!

how can i get my fiance to stop yelling in the house so much, so my mom (who we live with) will stop thinking he beat me? He has NEVER hit me, he's my bestfriend, but he's very loud and shouts at times when we're in our bedroom with our door shut, my mom hears him yelling and cussin, and later she YELLS at ME for "putting up with abuse" she will NOT believe the truth. Most of the time he's just yelling at the tv or a video game. But my mom will not stop picking on me over this. I beg my fiance to stop being so loud (giving her reason to think he mistreats me) but he just answers with: "screw your mom i don't care what she thinks, it's none of her business!"

We plan on moving out as soon a possible, but until then my mom is harassing me non stop about this and i've tried in vain to talk calmly to both of them about this.. neither will give in and i'm stuck in the middle.. now my mom is telling other family members that i'm getting treated bad by my fiance. I CAN'T TAKE THIS!

Ok Im a teen who wants to start her own buisness in cleaning. I'm trying to raise money for college and family. I speak spanish and english.
