I filed police report against someone for non payment and they dropped off the face of the earth, collateral was a check drawn on a closed acct. which is fraud correct? I was told since I took a postdated check it didn't matter, nsf/closed all the same. Also the judge commented on that he would not issue warrants for such and that's why i can charge 300%. Which by the way is apr rate not a loan for 2wks. If you bounce a check you'll pay more then what i rec.

Get an attorney, if your attorney also believes the judge is biased he should be able to give you some sound advise on how to handle it. People who are biased only see things in one way - give him what he's looking for if only for the hearing.

You should talk to your lawyer. Your lawyer will be able to help you with that. You do not mention how or why he is "biased". That will have a lot to do with it. It is doubtful anything will come of your claims without direct evidence of bias.

Define how he's biased? You could try to request a different judge to hear but you'd have to have solid proof.

Otherwise, you're SOL.
