Is there such a thing as a safety razor? What do you advise? For now I have been getting a barber to shave him when he gets a hair cut but he needs to shave in between hair cuts now.

Does anybody know what are the rules and regulations for scooters in France? What is the max CC that you can have on a scooter and not have to register it or get insurance? What is the max CC that you can have with out a license? Etc.
