similar to Quabec's fluent French population, Is there still a percentage that can speak it, or is it only found in old songs etc.

Hoping to find a place that sleeps six or so in Ireland for a month or so in late June, July of 07. Yanks who like comfort but are on a budget. Older types who will take good care of a place not use and abuse it.

Thanks for any help.

I love the Irish and the sound of Ireland so much, I have decided, I’m going to move there in a few years or so, after I get some money together,

Any way, what I want to no be, where in Ireland should I move to?

I was hoping for 1 of them small villages that have nothing more then a pub, a few houses, and a post office. Is there any thing like that in Ireland, if so, give details.

Has anyone been to Doolin in County Clare, West of Ireland in the last five years? If you are a regular visitor, or even live there, how has it changed. I'm off there again soon but haven't been there for some time and I just wondered if it looks the same as I remember. Is there still great live, traditional music to be heard everynight?

In other words: is it a good season for them? The weather in the last months will have great influence, but i don't know in what way.
Would it be a good year to go on campsites in Ireland in this view or should i better try a later year?
(We are NOT going to visit pubs, that would not be an alternative if midges would show up by the billions.)
