Your passport and driving license are always considered suitable identification at most places.

State ID card, drivers license, passport are usually acceptable forms of photo ID's. Military ID is acceptable too, but you have to be in the military to get one legit (and if you're not, and have a fake one, and get found out, I think you can go to jail for that. That might apply for any fake ID I think).

If you go to a place that takes Passport Photos, they'll give you the pic you need for an ID. You can do that at most photo processing places (camera shops, drugstores, etc.)

Take your birth certificate and social security card to your local driver's license office and get a state ID. It may cost as much as $20.

All of the above are good. My Bank of America ATM card has my picture on it, and can be used in addition to those. Sometimes 2 or more forms of picture ID are required.

If you have a new style UK driving licence with a photo, that is acceptable. The only other is a Passport that I know of in UK......

passport..definately very reliable..unfortunately quite costly but worth getting.. get passport application from nearest post office and away ya go.
