My husband and I are thinking of moving back yo Mumbai, but I have never been out of US. How do I find out what it's like there? How much money do we need to live a NICE life there? We are in LA now. I will be coming to Mumbai for my first time for a week on business the end of February and have a couple of questions:

1.. I will be staying at a hotel off ofWestern Express Highway, Santacruz (East), Mumbai, India 400 055 for 5 nights for work. I will be staying one extra night on my own and would like to find an inexpensive clean hotel that is close to restaurants and other activiites. Can you recommend a hotel?
2. Can you recommend any Indian restaurants that I should definitely try while in town. I enjoy spicy foods.
