You need to have atleast Gat Number (plot number) or better way is you need to know the 7/12 extract. If you can get this extract it's a starting point to collect whatever information you may need to collate.
Another way is simply visit www.mahabhulekh.mumbai.nic.in and enter the Name and search. If the name is available in the database, you will find the relevant information.
You can also contact somebody you know in Nagaon and ask them to collect the information. I have got few friends in Alibaug. I will tell them to. But they will collect info whenever they get the time. Please keep in touch.
Lastly, if you are looking for purchase the land or property in Alibaug area, please be very careful to check the Title of the property as well as discuss everything indepth. Appoint some good lawyer / solicitor. Currently, each property is being quoted at all time high prices and the real estate scene is very much bloated in the area. Please be CAREFUL.
