I would like to know what is the ideal rent to pay for 1bhk near sion station, mumbai? it is a small 550 sq ft flat on 2nd floor on an old building. but it is fully furnished.i feel my broker is overcharging me :(thanks in advance for any info...

getting a flat in Sion is itself a big thing.
Anything upto Rs. 2500/- is reasonable.
