How long does it take to get on to the ship? Do they search every piece of luggage? Do they make you empty your pockets and search your shoes like at the airport?

My wife and I are looking for a vacation ship that is not full of little kids, we want great food, cool partying for young adults, and not too many retirees. Anywhere for travel in the caribbean or Mexican Riviera. Any suggestions?

I leave on Monday for a 5 day cruise, but had heard different things as to what to wear for the dinners. I have a formal dress for the Captians Dinner, but about the other nights, I have heard from some that you still need to dress nice, like pants or skirts, is that true, or can you wear shorts? This is my first cruise, and what to dress right.

I just book a Cruise at Orbitz.com aboard the Disney Wonder for 4 nights to the Bahamas. Our room is a Category 7, Navigator's Verandah w/ Balcony. There are 3 of us, the total dollar value is $3422.03. Is this too much? Could I get something cheaper with another web site or maybe somewhere else?

Hi!

My husband and I were married a little over a year ago, and we never got to take a honeymoon :(
So - we're finally going to do it and we've decided on a cruise! :)

For all you cruising aficionados out there, what's the best cruise line and why?

Thanks!

Never having been on a cruise, I want to see if I like it before booking something more lengthy. Do you like cruises? Where have you been? Any advice? Thanks!

Hi guys... Just a couple more questions. 1. I was told that it's Hurricane Season when I sail the Bahamas in mid September. Should I reconsider sailing to the Bahamas at a later date? 2. If I do decide to procede with my September departure, should I purchase the Travel Insurance for the trip that cost $229 extra?

Has anyone ever been on this cruise? How does it compare to other cruise lines like Royal Caribbean? I guess it appealed to us because it's "freestyle" which means we won't need to dress up for dinner and we can eat whenever we want. Also the NCL Pearl is new, built in 2007 which should be good. The port stops are Cozumel and Belize City. This will be my first cruise so any opinions would be greatly appreciated :)

I am trying to convince my senior class to go on a cruise for our senior trip, however they are having the whole probel with the adult in every room to which we have about 60+ kids in my class and there must be people to supervise. What should I do...and if there are any ideas please share,
Thanks

My husband is not a dress up person, but I would really like for both him and my children to experience the dinners on the cruiseship. We probably will not attend formal night, but if we do what is appropriate?
