i would recommend going to the sites for some of the cruise lines you want to work for directly. most of them will have a section where you can look to see what positions they are currently looking to fill and let you know how you can apply.

you should know that they will almost definitely require previous experience in a licensed casino. also, there have been a lot of scams going on lately from ads in classifieds where you are contacted saying you've been hired and then they ask for you to send money as a "uniform deposit". don't be fooled.

First, you should learn how to spell Caribbean correctly.

Secondly, all of the casino employees on ships are employees of the casino that services that particular cruise line. The casinos are contracted to the ships - not employees of the ships.

Mayfair of London is the major casino contractor. Most of their employees are Eastern European.
