Call the Cruise liners directory operator.

Usually you can not. The only way is if you know their name and title along with ships name use that on address and mail it to the cruise liners main office and they will forward it. The cruise companies will not give out any personal info. You can call asay and get the same answer.

If it is legitimate communication I would suggest contacting the Cruise Line the ship belongs to. They should provide you with a Telephone Number, Fax Number or Radio Call sign in case you know any Ham Operators.

try the head office of the cruise line and they will direct your call to the department that will forward your request to the crew of that cruise line.
