Grandma and grandpa want to take one of our kidlets (10 YO) on a cruise. But I thought most of the rooms were pretty small. Any idea how ships accommodate a group of two adults and a kid?

I am going there by cruise ship and will be there for one day. Any recommendations on great sights or must dos on Kona? We're also going to HIlo. If we hike the vocanoes (In Hilo) anyone know if we need special hiking boots or thick sole shoes (to prevent melting) or are tennis shoes good enough?

Hi, Im just wondering how the seapass card works. At the end of my trip I want to pay with cash, can I put the deposit onto my credit card (instead of doing the $200/250 deposit) and at the end pay cash?

Thanks

I'm looking at taking a 14 day cruise to the Mediterranean, but it seems as though the ships leave every port by 6pm. And it's not just one cruise line, multiple boats have the same departure itinerary. Why is that?

I want to go on a cruise on September. I have two preferred options for 5 nights and the same price. Bu I can't decide!!! One is Carnival going to Half Moon Cay, Nassau and Turks. The other is Royal going to Ocho Rios and Grand Cayman. I'm traveling with small kids. I'm interested in beautiful beaches and relax. Some people say that Royal is better in service and food. Some other say that Carnival has more activities. I just don't know what to choose. Could you please help?

I'm going on a 7 day cruise for my honeymoon in November and was wondering if anyone could recommoned some good excurions for this trip. Or, give me some insight on which excursions not to do. We're real out doorsy and don't mind hiking, biking, whatever. We also don't want to spend more than 150 per person, per excursion. Finally, I know with Carnival and Royal Caribbean that you're not supposed to bring liquor on board but if you sneak it in your bag they won't tell you to take it out. Does anyone have any experience with this for NCL travel? Thanks for the help!

I'm planning to take my wife on a cruise next December 2008 for our 10yr anniversary. The rules on airlines require that liquids such as shampoo must be in a 3oz size bottle & that they must be in a clear 1qt size container. I'd like to know if those same security measures that are in place on airlines also apply for a cruise ship too?

Norwegian Cruise Line
Holland America Line
Princess Cruises
or a different cruise line.

Bigger question, what is the weather like in that region in October?

Me and my boyfriend are planning a Eastern Caribbean 7 day cruise for the beginning of November. Being our first big trip together, we want it to be perfect.

Should we go threw a travel agent or just use the Carnival website? If we go threw a travel agent, how much more will it cost us?

Is it too late to book it at the beginning of August?

Any comments or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!

I am taking a 4 night Baja/Mexico cruise with my husband (our first cruise ever). I would like to plan a second cruise with our kids. A lot of people have recommended Carnival since it has a camp for kids.

Do you recommend a caribbean cruise or another suggestion for a second cruise experience? Thanks.
