This is for people who have worked or are working on a cruise ship,
Was there a 'special' way you set out your resumes? or was there a template you used?
I have seen on those sites that you have to pay so they help you get a job, that they will help with specific resumes that cruise lines are after, is that true? are they after something specific or did you just use your plain old every day one to get your jobs?
If there is a specific way, would someone be able to help me out at all?

Thanks

Is there any cruiseline out there that doesn't require an adult with the group? Also, I'm from Miami, FL, so any destination/cruiseline leaving from Miami would be fine.

Hey guys I got free cruise tickets from my real estate agent
(he gives away free tickets when u refinance or buy a new home) So I am planning to book the cruise soon, it's a Carnival Cruise, it's a 5 day/4 night cruise and it leaves from Miami and goes to Key west, then cozumel mexico. My problem is that the tickets can only be used on the Reviera Deck which is the lowest rooms floor on the shop. Well ym question is, in what floor do u not feel any movement, or atleast none of it, cuz I heard the bottom floor u feel the movement and my mom is queezy so what part do u not feel movement bottom, top, or middle heres the floor plan of the ship thanks!!!

My mom and I are planning an island getaway trip with her sisters and their daughters. We can't decide between taking a cruise or renting a house. There are great things about both. Any feedback you all can give me would be great. Thanks!

thinking about going on cruise. not sure where, or what kind of cruise, but i'm thinking caribbean or european. never been on a cruise so i'm not really into the loop about the cruiselines and so on.... so if you've ever been on cruise, travel alot, if you have any recommendations, suggestions, that would kool.

Can anyone tell me the best/cheapest way to get from Orlando International Airport to wherever Royal Caribbean launches their cruise ships from Port Canaveral? Some kind of shuttle thing would be great, or if you have any idea about a rough estimate for cab service or a bus. Thanks.

If you have used the web sites for Royal Caribbean, Celebrity, Princess, Carnival, Holland America, Norwegian and/or Disney, which of these cruise lines sights is best for
(1) finding cruises
(2) finding discounts and specials
(3) helping you decide on a cabin
(4) understanding what a cruise is like
(5) making it easy to book a cruise and make payments
(6) making it easy to enter your pre-cruise travel information
(7) get help on the phone when you need it

Explain why you think the web sites you picked are the best?

Hi, I'm a Russian citizen with american greencard( live in USA) and I'm going on a cruise to Venezuela and Caribbean.
Does anyone know if I need a visa just to get off the ship for a few hours?
I know I need it being Russian with greencard but I heard if you go with cruise you don't need it anymore?
Thanks so much

Just got my package from Celebrity and it'll cost me $80 for 14 days of soda. I have a few questions for someone who know such things.
1, How many ounces is a "serving" of soda? Do you get a can and ice or just an 8-ounch plastic glass filled halfway with ice?
2, Where on the ship can I get my servings? I'd like to sit on my veranda and drink soda, but if I have to go all the way to the nearest bar to order one, every hour or so, it'll take the mood away.
3, When I order one of my $80 drinks is a tip expected?
4, Is Diet-Cherry-Coke one of the offerings?
Thanks.

The name tags have the name and country of the person and rank , like Joe, Croatia, assistant waiter... when they are American, it has the name, rank and the city they come from... But some it has name, rank and U.S.C. ??
What is that? Is it a country? Because I saw people from very different ethnicities and positions, like a Maitre and a receptionist...
