Hi, I'm a Russian citizen with american greencard( live in USA) and I'm going on a cruise to Venezuela and Caribbean.
Does anyone know if I need a visa just to get off the ship for a few hours?
I know I need it being Russian with greencard but I heard if you go with cruise you don't need it anymore?
Thanks so much

Try this airline web site. It has a facility to calculate passport and visa requirements for all countries. The requirement for Venezuela will be the same regardless of whether you arrive by land or sea.

Go also to this site and look at the information presented as requirements; but no need to use their services unless you want to: http://www.travisa.com/

Finally, go to the web site for the Venezuelan Govt" and look for an answer, or send them an email or call the local number:
