It would be great to have people sharing their experience and suggestions here cuz it's really hard to find a good pick-up line that can easily break the ice, make them laugh and get them to talk for at least 5 minutes. They usually only give a short reply and continue dancing as usual though they may be sometimes interested in you. Thanks! (P.S. these lines must work for all Asian girls as well =p)

I live in England and am moving to Singapore later this year. I am thinking of buying a white wool and cotton blazer, which is for summers in England but I fear it might be too hot for Singapore. Can anyone there advise me? Would it be okay in the evenings?

We are moving there in June, we will live in a serviced apartment until we find a place, have been advised Shangri La or Le Grove. Which is the best place. I would like a pool and gym, my husband will have a car but I won't so need to be close to MRT or things going on

I heard that people aren't allowed to chew gum in public places in Singapore.

In 2006, I went to Singapore, and in the airport i chewed gum, but it seemed it wasn't a problem.

So, has the law changed?

I'm planning to send a small parcel there over to a friend but I'm not sure of what to do or how to do to send a parcel overseas. Yes, it's my first time sending a parcel/mail overseas. Can anyone advice and help me? Like, perhaps a short guide will be nice. Thank you :) I don't mind if the delivery time is long, as long as the rate to pay for sending is cheap will do.

I guess it should be cheap yea? Since it's a small parcel.
