For practice, or because you fell in, or just for fun?

How did you like it?

I jumped into the pool with a friend of mine a while ago, and we had a lot of fun!

I also go running and cycling but feel good afterwards. After a 60 minute swim I often feel like taking a nap.

Our local pool has dressing / shower huts, but no toilets unless you go al the way out. The waterpark has showers in the open everywhere, but toilets only at the entrance. A motel we stayed at had no toilet, but a shower in the corner. My boys always pee in the shower hut at our local pool, but I was uncomfortable when they did it in the open at the motel, be it they were in their suits and under the shower, I and most others knew what they were doing. Better there than in the pool?

how do you change into your swimsuit from your clothes, besides going into the bathroom, without using a towel, becasue it may look strange because you are not wet yet. (one piece), also i can't wear my baithing suit to school

Hey there,
I'm going to start swimming at my local Y. I've never swam in a community pool (for laps) before. So, what's the deal? Etiquette? Anything I should know? I haven't swam in a while so I'm gonna be slow. I need to know how to use the lanes.

How many times have you been in a pool and that surge of cold air catches your bladder? Well, this evening I was at the local YMCA. After my hour on the treadmill I decided it was time for a nice swim in the pool. I was the only one in the pool area. Wouldn't you know it as I was slowly getting into the pool, I got that surge you feel from the cold water that makes you have to pee. Well, since I was the only one in this huge pool that smell of chlorine, I decided to just pee in the pool. No one else was around, so why not. I figured, why get out, walk all the way to the locker room just to pee. I am sure I was not this first woman to ever do this. I am curious how many other ladies have done a similar thing?
