I was a USS and NCAA Div I swimmer, and I'm now a coach, and I have never seen a swimmer shave his or her eyebrows (there are a few swimmers out there with a genetic hair difficiency where they naturally don't have eyebrows). I suppose they are doing it to reduce drag, but there is NO advantage to shaving your eyebrows. Shaving your legs has a moderate impact in reducing drag, but your eyebrows do not cause drag.

i never heard about shaving your eyebrows for less resistence LOL but when i shaved my legs for the first time i dropped three seconds. and it really does cause less drag and smoother glide.

The less resistance the better. The same reason cyclists shave their legs.

some swimmers do it above one eye to prevent pulling left or right due a stroke deficiency. you could also tape lead to one side.

Would probably help big goggles work better, I think.
