Other - Football

I am a manager of a new 7-a-side team and every match we are getting, quite frankly, thrashed, we are not a bad bunch of players however... I am trying to get some ideas from other managers or players of 7-a-side football teams on how to improve ourselves. Is there anyone who has had a similar situation, getting beat regularly but have managed to turn the fortunes of a team around, any advice or ideas of what i could try. I would be most grateful

i am very overweight. this is due to medication i was given and some over eating whilst i was injured. i am fully recovered from the injury just carrying lots of un needed weight around and want to get match fit. what i am asking for is a quick fitness guide and eating plan or any specialist websites (gotta be free with no money subscriptions etc) as i am desperate to get myself back on track. i recently joined a saturday league team and have already took part in 2 training sessions i was puffed out in the first 10 minutes and really want this to work again please helpppppp!

In the USA it is gettig popular, children are allready playing it (I know it is because of the soccer mums) but that is how it starts, kids are starting at it from a young age and some quit as they grow up prefering american football, baisball or bascketball; and the mayority of american fans ore from other countries bringing that love to soccer. any comments?
