I was watching ESPN this morning and they said "Don't start any Browns (for Fantasy Football)." They laughing at the sight of the Bengals and Browns Games, expecting the Bengals to beat the Browns 32-9, and they commented that the 9 points for the Browns was generous.

But now, 51-38 with the Browns winning, I think anyone could work for ESPN.

I just could not believe some of the so called "experts" predicting this flash in the pan, caught lightning in a bottle, weak defensive team as a legitimate NFC contender. Perhaps a "feel good" last season but they are not a very good team.

On offense, Peyton Manning is just amazing, Marvin Harrison doesn't seem like he'll ever slow down, Addai is an upgrade over the Edge, and their offensive line is the best in the NFL. Plus, their defense seems only better than last year even though they lost a pro bowler in Cato June and their run stopper in McFarland. It looks like it doesn't even matter which player they put it becuase that player will turn out even better than his predecessor anyway. So the question is, can they finally go undefeated this season?

I live in Lafayette, Louisiana and The New Orleans Saints are my favorite team, but I also like the Houston Texans, and for the 2nd week in a row, CBS station here shows the Tennessee Titans play whoever , instead of showing the Houston Texans playing at home, only 200 miles away, I am nowhere near Nashville, so why aren't they showing me texans games? I don't give a sh1t about Tennesee.

Everybody was bashing USC, how they did not deserved the #1 ranking but after beating Neb. at home, I think they proved to the world they're #1. Or did you think beating Neb. wasn't impressive enough for them to retain their lofty #1 rank?

I know that Bellichek messed up and he has to stop doing that. But really...look at how many coaches and players have said that it's all around the league. One coach said that that's just part of the game now and it's not a big deal. So everybody thats calling the Pats cheaters...I bet your teams doing the same thing they just didn't get caught. If the Pats weren't as succesful as they are Mangini wouldn't have told Goodell he did what he did. And there's no way that the Pats would be able to be as good as they were with just signals. The playes still have to go out and perform.
Oh...and by the way on ESPN they just did their picks for tonight. Unanimous decision. Pats!
The worst thing Bellichek did was get caught.

how does it feel now that the football world has learned of the cheating your team has done that your status as one of the greatest teams ever is now tarnished and now you will be known as the team that cheated to win 3 super bowls

USC flat out handled a very strong team yesterday, they are number one. With Cal looking so, so (the Tennessee win is looking less and less impressive,) UCLA (yeah right,) and the supposed up and coming Washington getting handled by a Big 10 team, the rest of the PAC 10 is looking pretty weak. USC is going undefeated. There is absolutely no one left to beat them on their schedule.

Oklahoma, LSU, and Florida are looking great. Oklahoma has no one left to play besides a suspect Texas team and will go undefeated. But LSU and Florida have no one else to play besides themselves. Everyone but SEC fans knows the rest of their schedule is weak. The winner of the LSU/Florida game will meet USC for the National Championship leaving Oklahoma and the rest of the "Bowl Sub-Division," including my Mountaineers, wishing for a playoff system to see who really is the best team.

Your thoughts?

I wish they they were going to play at Qualcomm so we can see all the fun cheating signs the fans would bring.

I'd also like to give props to my 12 year old who threw his first touchdown pass yesterday :) my son celebrated like he won the superbowl lol. Too bad they lost though :(

GO CHARGERS!!

I watch alot of football and I have a basic understanding. But what I'm trying to get to is that I want to know EVERYTHING that I can about football. What does each player do? What exactly is the line of scrimage? What methods of tackling and blocking are not acceptable? What is the limit of what a player can do based on his position? I want to know EVERYTHING that I can be told, that is important and that I can remember. Please and Thank You...

well, i must say- where has the team been this whole season? Apparently they showed up yesterday afternoon. They played extroidonary defense, and there offense was amazing. I know all you bashers out there are looking apon this game as just luck, but i look at it as a turning point for the team. Hopefully, this will boost their confidence and give them the drive they need to win the rest of their season.

Cheers to a winning season! Go Blue!
