Bare with me here. Everyone seems to hate Belicheck... he's a jerk, not a happy guy, mean and treats people like crap, etc... etc... etc. The year Roger Maris went on to break Babe Ruth's homerun record all the same things were said about him and all because he didn't want to get all chummy with the media. Same thing with Belicheck... he doesn't give the media what they want so they trash the guy and make him look bad which in turn turns fans against him. The difference between Maris and Belicheck though is that with Maris even the hometown fans had turned against him. Patriots fans haven't turned against Bill... ya know why, because we know how he really is. He's always been someone to smile and sign autographs... he just doesn't like doing it in the glimmer of the media. He's a private guy who loves his sport, but likes to keep his personal life personal... just like Roger Maris.

According to an article:

The third-ranked Sooners (4-0) lead the nation in scoring with a whopping 61.5 average and have scored 50-plus points in four straight games for the second time in school history.

The Buffaloes (2-2) and linebacker Jordon Dizon, the nation's leading tackler, have stifled their last two opponents, limiting Florida State to 221 yards of offense and Miami of Ohio to 139.

Their last three opponents have completed just 43.7 percent of their passes.

I THINK THEY CAN STILL DO IT! HOW ABOUT YOU?

Are you kidding me? The dude wants to sue for $184 million for "deceiving customers". This is the most absurd lawsuit I have ever heard of, which is saying a lot. People have become sue happy these days, but give me a break. What an idiot. I couldn't believe what I was reading when I read this earlier. I thought it was a joke to tell the truth, but the moron is for real. The whole thing is so blown out of proportion it's not even funny.

I am terrified of heights and the tickets are up in the nosebleed section of the University of Illinois. I think its something like row 40 in the horseshoe. I figure 40 rows is a lot of rows high and I really am not the interested in the game. Should I just give the tickets away? Anyone been to Memorial stadium at the University of Illinois? I dont even know the rules of the game and cannot imagine sitting thru traffic and hours of football. Tell me what you know about the height of the stadium, the traffic and the game.

Those darn Pats ruined it for everyone. They're probably going to get to the super bowl and win it because they're CHEATERS.

They look unbeatable right now. But it is still a long season, they may have a key injury or two, and that may open up the field to everyone else again.

I told you they were pretenders compared with OU, LSU, Florida, and USC - in fact, I think Florida is a pretender too! (but they are better than W.V.

I'm a packers fan and I was excited to play against Grossman next week, but now I'm a little worried, I know Griese is better, but is he the answer to the Bears success this season? Let me know, either way, Bears are getting shut down by the Pack all season!! 8)

Does everyone else think they just need time or do they need experience? Are they even going to hit a hundreds rushing in a game this year? Share your opinion. I personally think Jackson has potential, but needs some more experience and help from the line. Others tell me that Morency is the answer because he has experience. What's everyone else think?

Some people (i.e. Pats homers) maintain that Brady is a better quarterback. After all, look at his stats this year! Stats you say? Let's check out their career stats, shall we?

Name CMP ATT YDS CMP% YPA TD INT RAT
Manning 3197 4991 38459 64.1 7.71 280 140 94.6
Brady 1966 3152 22451 62.4 7.1 157 79 89.9

Source: espn.com

And before any of you homers point out that Brady has won 3 Super Bowls, sorry guys, that's a team stat.

The proof of the pudding is who has been better individual statistics over the course of their careers. It's not even that close, really.

Deal with it, Patsies!
