Are you kidding me? The dude wants to sue for $184 million for "deceiving customers". This is the most absurd lawsuit I have ever heard of, which is saying a lot. People have become sue happy these days, but give me a break. What an idiot. I couldn't believe what I was reading when I read this earlier. I thought it was a joke to tell the truth, but the moron is for real. The whole thing is so blown out of proportion it's not even funny.

I think most of the posters see how crazy "lawsuit happy" this country has become. If I spill my drink right now, I'm suing one of you all for it. You disturbed me, it's your fault. Hey, it probably has happened

He should be punched in the throat by every person who has to have their intelligence insulted as they review this frivolous law suit.

thats how things work in america. sue people for money. there are many other ridiculous cases other than this. i remember a robber broke into a guys house when the guy was on vacation but somehow the robber got locked in the garage and could get back out so he lived off dog food and pepsi until the owner of the house came back and he sued the owner and won.
i mean freaking OJ got away with murder.

You can look up on the internet about frivolous lawsuits and it will surprise you what people sue for. What's really sad, is that some of these people actually win. It's people like that, along with their attorneys, who are really the problem in America.

That's funny.

There is a guy in prison who tried suing Mike Vick, saying Vick sold his pit bulls on EBAY to purchase weapons of Mass Destruction, because Vick took an oath with the taliban.

No, I am not making that up.

It's a class action suit. The Jets season ticket holders as a group, deserve every penny. As do the season ticket holders of every NFL team that Belichick has ever coached against. How long has that cheating scum (Belichick) had Walt Coleman on his payroll?

It's a symbol of all that is great and pathetic about our country at the same time!

A guy can sue! This is very good thing for society!

Wasting time and money on this garbage is stupid!

Remember,a woman sued McDonalds because she was to stupid to realized you don't place a hot cup of coffee in your crutch, another woman sued Redbook magazine because she was to stupid to know that you have to open the can of beans before you put it on the hot pan.and last, how about the stupid couple who sued a car owner because their son stole the man's car and went and killed himself in a wreck

yes 184 mill is a bit histerical. but he does have a lagit complaint. deception is serious. more measuers against the pats is nessicary. I think they should be excluded from post season play at least for this year.

Magneto, didn't that woman who sued McDonalds over the coffee get quite a large sum of money?

No, I think you should get kicked in the face by me. The Pats should have to pay everyone for being deceived.
