With the college season having been expanded to 12 and 13 games without alot of disagreement, why in the world would a playoff system not be used? If not for the money generated from the bowl games. It seemed several years back you would hear the excuse that by adding more games it would interfere with this and that. That excuse if lame. When it is all said and done after this season some teams will have played 14 or 15 games. Go back to the 11 game schedule and add a playoff system with 16 teams involved. Then there would be no dedate as to the best. Also, adding the 12 and 13 th games has only allowed division I schools to schedule basically a practice game with a smaller school.
