The victory in the 1st cricket test against South Africa was one of the greatest victories. It was a Sreesanth match. Of course good and useful contribution from the other members of the Indian cricket team especially from Sourav Ganguly, Zaheer Khan, V.V.S Laxman, Rahul Dravid etc. the entire team played nicely to win. Congratulations to the Indian cricket team.

I have realised in many other posts, people are curious and upset about warne, but when cricket continues who will be the next spin king for Australia. I have only known as the best spinners are Andrew Symonds, Brad Hogg and Andrew Symonds

I think that Australia is unbeatable. Occasionally any team can defeat them but in matches where existence in the tournament is on the line no team can beat them, so I feel that there is no chance for anyother country to win the title this time, so Aussies are the ultimate winners. What are your toughts pals?

It will sound wierd, but I want honest answers as i thought over it for long before putting it up. I am myself a great fan of Warne, but want to go in depth about his retirement.

Murali has now 674 wickets and way he is bowling very soon he will cross Warne. Warne never wanted that till he is playing, some other player could overtake him. Hence he announced retirement and everybody started talking and asking , Why Warne is retiring?

I has annouced that he will retire after the last Ashes Test. Not liked by many, but I believe he was one of the greatest spin bowlers to walk the planet.

No silly answers about English birds please - I'm genuinely interested as to whether or not he'll stay in the public eye.

We've seen the maestro playing some wild shots off d world's best spinner shane warne. Warne also enjoys picking up d wicket of sachin. (Warne in an interview said that he got some nightmare's that sachin is taking charge of d every ball he bowls) But warne going to retire. So there is no more Sachin Vs Warne. The fans of both sachin and warne will miss really a lot.

Just 43 wickets at 47.19. That's one record he would have liked to improve.

The great Shane Warne will announce his retirement, so will Glenn Mcgrath, what do you think?

With the anouncement that both warne and mcgrath are planning to retire after the 5th test in the ashes at sydney. How do you think Australia will cope without them, will they stuggle to bowl teams out as they have done so good over the last decade or will some bright new players on the block will be needed.

I think Australia success has solely been around these 2 bowlers and a couple of batsmen such as ponting, langer, hayden and waugh with these players ageing and no new replacements is australia's domination going for a decline.

Personally i think Australia will always be a great team, but i think a lack of new talent coming through is going to make them slip a bit in the rankings for a while but i do think they're be right back up there again at some point. If you look at teams like England, they're obviously trying to win matches and looking to the future aswell with all these young players coming through like cook & plunkett. Australia don't seem to be doing this!
