Why do people say Kobe is a ballhog?

When he averaged less points the season before last they were worse! He only won 45 games yeah and Lebron won 50 and Lebron is great! But look at the facts to say that makes Lebron better because of that is an incomplete obsevation. Look the Lakers won 45 with no perimter shooters, shot blockers, or great rebounders. More than anything they had no perimeter shooters.
It's not fair to blame it on Kobe. Jordan always played with pure shooters. This season the Lakers got one.

Who is the NBA's best shooter?

How about one of its most underrated players: Wally Szerbiak. Have you seen the guy's stats? He's basically averaged 50, 40 and 80 for a CAREER. He can't miss.
