Why do they? My head itches like crazy sometimes with a cap on.

They itch my head... Plus, no offense, I think they make people look mediocre, don't misinterpret me, i'm not the kind of guy who would wear a cap.

if your head is itching you shouldn't wear the hat cause what if your playing a game (1 on 1) and your head starts itching you would feel ashamed to call time out so the hat will throw off your game!!!!!!!!!!!!

when I was in treatment for cancer I wore caps and scarves.
they do sometimes irritate the skin. It depends what they are made from. sometimes just taking them off and putting them back on later helps. I switched to scarves because they were softer to the skin and felt better. plus as a female the scarves were more fashionable.

Use a great quality shampoo and rinse well. That was my problem. My scalp would warm up and my irritated scalp from cheap shampoo would itch like crazy.

Try taking the hat off.
(I always thought it was from the heat retained in the hat)

yeah, that happened to me, so I just don't wear them at all.
