yea there is this one.. I am going to call it by the positions of the players so 1 is point guard, 2 is shooting guard, 3 is the small forward, 4 is power forward, and 5 is the center... when your team take the ball out of the bounds after the other team score than u have the 4 take it out.... the 2,3,5 sprint down the floor... the 2 and 3 are on the wings and the 5 is on the left block of the floor the 4 and 1 are going to move at the same speed... the 4 stop at the three point line and the 1 near the free throw line.. the 1 pass it to the 4 than the 4 pass it to the 2 or 3.. then the 1 should back screen for the 4 the 4 run to the right block and the 2 or 3 should lob it to the 4 it should be an easy lay up... if that don't work than the 5 should set a screen for the 2 or 3 and pop out to wing if while the 1 screen for the 3 or 2 which should pop to the foul line so the 3 or 2 will pass if in trouble.... than can shoot
u have all that... if not draw it out

properly considering your center u could desire to be tall. So in defence you for sure stand interior the middle and attempt to safeguard all people from getting any common factors( purely stay interior the middle, blocking off). In offence you prefer to get open yet i recommend attempting to bypass in between the "3 pointer, and the dunk". purely shield your section, and you'd be effective.
