The calves for sure! Do calf raises as well as "explosive" exercises like beding down and jumping up with and without some weight. You can even do explosive calf raises.Just jump when your calves while you are doing the raises.

depends what kind of jumper u are...if u tend to jump off one leg, it means u are a springy jumper, so quads and hips matter a lot, and because naturally u have a lot of spring, focus on explosive jump training, dont try to build muscle with weights because it only slows u down. if u tend to jump off two legs, it means u are a two leg jumper who uses pure MUSCLE power. that means u got to do a lot of SQAUTS and OlYMPIC LIFTS to maximaze ur jumping. good luck

Don't do a lot of weight lifting. more muscle won't help you jump. Do a lot of jumping in place. Power lifting might help. Just one or 2 reps.

calf hyperextensions stand on a cinder block and push your toes and balls of your feet so you go up then down. should feel pain in calfs after 20 or so. Go slow and dont bounce. give it time
