I Live in New Jersey and My Birthday is March 22.. The weather should be ok.. I will have a couple of Kids.. (im turning 12)

I need help with an idea of what to do!!!!!It can't be super expensive, and I'm inviting about 20 people. I not really looking for themes, although they are also welcome, but I'm mostly looking for ideas like cosmic bowling, ice skating, going to the park, etc.

You don't actually have to flash to get them do you??...I've seen lots of people with tons around their necks who obviously didn't flash to get them {Grannys...Kids..etc}...My husband insists that If you don't flash for them you ahve to wear them on your arm rather than around your neck...Whaaat?...So whats the true deal with the beads?
