I need help with an idea of what to do!!!!!It can't be super expensive, and I'm inviting about 20 people. I not really looking for themes, although they are also welcome, but I'm mostly looking for ideas like cosmic bowling, ice skating, going to the park, etc.

Since you have so many people coming, you could do a mini American Idol. All you'll need is a karaoke machine and some decorations, and you're all set.
You could also have a swimming party, if there's an indoor pool near you, or if you live somewhere warm. If you live somewhere cold and snowy, a snow battle party would be fun.

I didn't have a 14th birthday party, but for my 13th party, I went to Six Flags with about 5 friends. That might be too expensive for 20 people though (unless you can get really good discounts), so I'd recommend things like going to the movies, bowling, ice skating, and minature golf. And you can't go wrong with a sleepover (if you don't want to do just that, then you can go bowling or something too).
Or you could have a really simple party, which can be fun too, and just hang out with your friends without going anywhere (could be a sleepover too), and save money to have a big, fancy party later on (like for your 16th birthday).

if you have a Skate Depot in your town, that's cool, it's just a roller blading place. also, try doing a movie star theme, that's a good theme for some parties, like make it look like Hollywood. going to the park is good to, or maybe a themepark, like Six Flags or something. good luck.

It kind of depends on your personality because if your a girly girl you should do something that is girly. Maybe you can do something that involves your favorite tv show like Zoey 101 or even Sponge Bob im not really sure but i hope i helped you out.

You should have people dress up as certain people and have a contest. Then go out to pizza and then go to the movie.
