The news that sexual interest and activity doesn't wane with the years may have shocked the kids and grandkids, but there are knowing nods and a few grumbles among the senior set and those who work with them.
A study of the sex lives of 3,005 men and women ages 57-85, published in August in the New England Journal of Medicine, sparked talk about such frisky behavior by those old enough to know better

I'm gay and I like lean, muscular guys. However, I find some girls physically and aesthetically good looking (those that my straight friends also like) but I don't get turned on by them.
Unlike most gay guys I don't want to have sex with another guy because I find it disgusting, against nature and something I don't fancy.
Does that mean I'm mildly gay or bi? Is sexuality a broad spectrum?

You can't say this...you can't say that. Who says? Every colour, creed and religious following have, for centuries, nurtured and expressed predisposed opinions about the differences between us all. Nowadays, the thought police and PC brigade want to supress everything natural to free speech . Is this the healthy way forward?

I am. Sure there are some great old movies and music but I'm getting sick of the way they are always being regarded over anything that's new. They may have influenced the way things are done but it's no reason to keep putting them up on a pedestal and praising to the high heavens over and over again. By the time it's the year 3000 when film making and music is vastly different should 'Citizen Kane' still be praised and called the greatest movie ever made? I think not. I'm also sick of all this film snobbery where films these days are criticized and always being said to just be lots of special effects and explosions and then this elitist attitude that every film should be in Black and White, contain lots of witty dialogue and force you to think to be any good. It's the same thing with music. Anything that's fast or noisy is considered bad. It's just getting ridiculous that anything that's 'cool' is considered to be inferior. One more thing is that please don't flame me for this!

A quite awful dilemma.

Hattie has been a very helpful and wise chicken.
Brenda has always had a lot of spirit. Not the eaiest to get on with - but with attitude around the yard!
Geraldine is somewhat aloof but adds a certain class to the hen house.

The time has come - well Sunday actually when the extended family come to lunch - for one of the girls to make the ultimate sacrifice.

Which one?

This may be shallow - but Hattie is the better looking - but is that enough to reprieve her?

It's your call ............. a lot is riding on this for the girls!

I hear a lot of bickering between people who have had it hard in the US, like "my people went through this, and your people didn't, and so on."

I feel this oppression is not so much a learned experience, but one that gives them free passes, and competition with each other as to whom has had it worse.

Am I the only one who see's this?

P.S. I'm gay in case anybody states I'm some white dude who doesn't experience hate.
