^topic

and

Would you say it is relatively easier to talk in real life? (or the internet)

some of my friends suggest there is a more psycological reason to this than the "not confident" answer
if possible please give answer to it psycologically^

Thanks!

About 3 months someone tried to break into my apt in middle of night. I saw the guy and called cops. They never got caught. Then neighbors got stuff stolen. After that Ive had really bad anxiety and waking up at night thinking ive heard things. I moved away and still hear things at night that wake me up, cell phone ringing, banging/rattling noises, alarm goes off in other rooms for no reason, hear someone climb on roof then walk in house opening doors turning lights on. One time at night i woke up and couldnt move, felt paralyzed, couldnt even open eyes but felt like spirit was controlling me. Ive seen red spots a few times that look like a laser light, Ive also seen quick flashes of light that are white. I have experienced this paralysis and white lights before the break in. Ever since the break in I have had really bad anxiety and panic attacks thinking that someone is out to get me, but is more of a hightened awareness with strange things happening almost as if poltergeist is there.

I would like to read the writings of very potent psychologists. I am looking for those who communicate ideas in a solid fashion.

At the end of the day, that person has to find their inner resources/realization to get out of that state of mind.

P.S. I am not knocking people who do see a psychologist. Just wanted to get a perspective on the fact that a person must ultimately find the answers by him/herself.

I can't help but believe that children "learn what they live" and this is just a "new age label" (O.D.D.) given to excuse "misguided" children. Just another "high-tech" word to help rationalize an upcoming society with a lack of values and morals and untaught coping skills.

when a man complements me or comes on to me, why do I feel stressed, sad, nervous, and just plain bad inside? It used to make me feel good. But now I hate it.
