It is my observation that fathers are more affectionate to their daughters & mothers like to pamper their boys. Is this a universal phenomenon & why?

I did ask one question befor this one . I have tryed over and over to just see if someone had answer it but where do I go to find it ?If u say go to answer , well I did it just goes on and on ! I looked for 30 min. one day and not find my question or my answer so why try !
