Black liner. Under/Around the eyes. You can experiment with the Outer Corner of the eye with a Tapering line and try on the inside at the Nose a tear look, DO NOT over do a tear, it just a very small point to Insinuate the thought.
This just a way I have seen it and it looks good when correct. Practice make Perfect. I will try to find you a link for some Pictures.

Somewhere in your lifetime you will regret that you asked that question. This has to do with the dark world. Isn't this the place that you want to go to? It is not as glamorous and exciting as you imagine it to be. Living on the dark side in this world may not look as threatening to you but wait until you get to the other side, the real dark world where you will be tormented day and night by the one you gave your life and soul to! This is a warning to you, stay away from this Gothic thing!

if you get a really soft eyeliner it will work better. Put most of it on the bottom, but you can put either a powder or a cream on your eyelids to make it all dark. Also, geometric shapes (like making a big black triangle or rectangle around your eyes) can look edgy. Most goths I know do not smear theirs, but you can do that to make your eyes look more "dead" and inset.
Also, if you are going for a emo-goth look, try a combo of black and a hot pink eyeliner. Lip crayons can work for this duty as well. (and they make a bigger line)

Firstly, use a more dark colour eyeliner. Then make a bolder and bigger line. Make the line visible even when you're away from others. Lastly, put some dark eyesshadow around your eyes.

just make it so that the eyeliner is a little higher than u usually would put it. that way it makes u look more goth but at the same time, i personally think, that it looks better that way.

Very dark, use a lot, use white make-up in the rest of ur face. It IS going to ruin your natural skin though, so keep that in mind

I find a trowel or a large-tip felt pen seems to work.
