Just like gases, water can also exert pressure. If there's a structural problem on a submarine, the submarine is likely to be crushed as it descends. Is that true or false?

I took a test and The first time I answered true and it was right. Than I failed the test so I had to take it again that same answer was there so I answered True again but when I answered it true again they told me I got it wrong. I was just wandering if it was true or false

If time reversed to the beginning of the universe just before the Big Bang and the universe started all over again, in the amount of time it took to become today, would anything be different or would the alter-me be sitting here typing this question also?

What makes me think this is that, although we have free choice to make decisions etc... surely, if the universe started again, everything would happen the same because that is how it happened the first time. Must it be impossible for the universe to pan out differently?

personaly i think its as rediculas as the god theory but then again lots of people believe in that, the multiverse theory is that every decision anyone makes creates a new universe to play it out.

Entangled photons exist in two states, they spin one way and the other at the same time. It is only when you observe them that they decide which

Now, when you have two unobserved entangled photons and then look at one of them the other one spins the other way to the one your looking at They are allways opposites

Now, no matter how far apart the two photons are, even when they are so far apart that any form of comunication between the two would need to break the speed of light the photons still know what way the other one is spinning

This problem has yet to be solved by mankind

I reckon i've figured it out

I think, they don’t exist in two states at all

I think, when they are entangled they each decide wich way to spin and are spinning that direction all the time

What makes them think they exist in two states before they look at them?

What are they doing? Sneaking up to the photons quietly and taking a quick peek before they notice? Are they using some spy hole in the lab wall?

within the next month an announcment will be made confirming the existence of the fact that we live in a multi verse. there are a virtual infinite number of universes identical to this, down to the last atom. Our descendents will make themselves known and help transform the world, this is not an opinion I have had contact with them. A parallel universe occupies virtually the same space as this one so there is another you only mm away.
This is not a joke I am just getting an idea of what people really believe, are they still members of the "flat earth society" afraid to believe anything? So do you believe me?

1. The earth receives about 430 W/m^2 from the sun, averaged over the whole surface, and radiates an equal amount back into space (that is , the earth is in equilibrium). Assuming the earth is a perfect emitter (e=1.0), estimate its averaged surface temperature.

2. A 100-W lightbulb generates a 95W of heat, which is dissipated through a galss bulb that has a radius of 3.0 and is 1.0mm thick. What is the difference in temperature between the inner and outer surface of the glass?

A space launch vehicle has a total mass of 3,400,000 kg at lift off. The first stage contains 2,000,000 kg of propellent (fuel and oxygen) which is consumed at a rate of 14,000 kg/s.

a) What is the minimum thrust of the engines at lift off?

b) If this thrust is sustained, find the time over which the first stage operates and acceleration of the vehicle at that time. (Don't include air friction and that entire flight is vertical)

c) Find the speed of the exhaust gases.

Help plz would be much appreciated!

A 67.6 kg man steps off a platform 3.68 m above the ground. He keeps his legs straight as he falls, but at the moment his feet touch the ground his knees begin to bend, and, treated as a particle, he moves an additional 0.39 m before coming to rest. Treating our rigid legged friend as a particle, what is the average force his feet exert on the ground while he slows down?

Note: Assume the acceleration while he is slowing down is constant.

Give your answer in Newtons to the nearest whole number.

Hint: Draw a free body diagram to aid in seeing the forces.

Matter at a sub atomic level is just energy, its not actually "solid", it is just energy held in place through magnetic or gravitational force. Its like when you put two like poles of a magnet together, you cant push them together so it feels like there is something there.
Therefore a different universe identical to this on a different "frequency" could pass through this universe as if it didnt exist, like light passing through glass so there could be another you just mm away. Therefore there could be an infinite number of these "parallel universes" starting at different times so we could be visited by our descendents.
