What do you think?---------------

Apparently - saw an article on bbc.co.uk - the transfer of energy is possible via electromagnetic resonance if the antenna used to receive the energy resonates in the same way as the antenna transmitting it, over a given distance.
The example used to describe this was of a string plucked on an accoustic guitar, where the vibration of the string causes the body of the instrument itself to vibrate (which musicians feel and are said to use to manipulate the sound generated by both).

Also, apparently magnetism is a result of electrons spinning round in a certain direction and if they are spinning in the same direction as another group of electrons (clockwise for example) then they are said to have the same polarity and repel each other - and if they are spinning in the opposite direction from each other (one group clockwise, the other anticlockwise) then they attract each other.

Do the electrons also resonate?

Can these two properties - if true - mean we could pick up energy?

In an amusement park ride, a cylinder of radius 2.50 m is set in rotation at an angular speed of 4.10 rad/s. The floor then drops away, leaving the riders suspended against the wall in a vertical position. What minimum coefficient of friction between a rider's clothing and the wall of the cylinder is needed to keep the rider from slipping?

I have found linear speed of 10.25 m/s but now I am stuck. Any help??

Why are some people never affected or electrocuted by high electric currents passed through their body?
Addnl Details:

Quite often we hear about strange persons who demonstrate the ability to withstand the passage of high electric currents through their own bodies with out getting electrocuted in newspapers and TV. What sort of phenomenon is that ? Are they natural conductors?
(NB: this is not about stories of multiple lightening strikes or just incidents of luck where the current just happened to spare vital electrical organs like heart or brain or nerves. Its about real people who literally " perform" these acts live )

I've made it through life cramming the night before for tests and doing just fine. I have a feeling this won't work as I get into my harder classes. And I just realized I have no study habits. What is it about Physics that makes it so hard, and any good ways to study for it?
