My sister lives in Sanford, FL, and I haven't been able to reach her since I've heard about the tornadoes in Lady Lake, killing 14 people. I know she's close, but does anyone know how far apart they are (as the crow flies, not road distances necessarily)? Anyone here in Sanford and know if the weather has been severe there, too?? Help, I'm worried about her!!

How many times during the year will the sun be directly overhead at a certain angle?

For example, How many times during the year will the sun be directly overhead at a 14 degree and 41 degree angle? Is there a formula to calculate this? Or is there some other way to help clarify how to do this?
