i.e. supposing that the height of the mountain is 3km and becomes saurated after 1 km of ascent. What kind of calculation do I have to make to arrive at the answer???

-I need a pic of Mt. St. Helens' topography. I could use one that I could cut out and glue together to make a model even more! I need to make a model of Mt. St. Helens for a project. I think I will make it out of paper mache. Any suggestions?
-I can make any landmark in the USA. If you can get me a good topography map of the landmark, I might change my mind and do that one. I really need this!

I told my friend that if we were designing a building suitable for earthquakes, that rubber could keep the seismic waves from doing too much damage. If you were to put like these huge rubber things under a building, would it like resist seismic jolts? Just a silly question we were arguing about. Thanks!

Why does this layer has holes on certain places above the earth (like in Australia and some other countries), and if this Ozone layer is a gaseous layer or something like this, how come it is turning a certain spin and does not merge together?
