how can I calculate maximum temp of air on top of a mountain if it was saturated and then becomes saturated?

i.e. supposing that the height of the mountain is 3km and becomes saurated after 1 km of ascent. What kind of calculation do I have to make to arrive at the answer???

Here is a site that might help. I'm no expert on this but I would guess that you would also have to know exactly the barometric pressure to finish the calculation. See if the equation in this site help.
