THE EFFECT OF DIFFERENT SOLUTES ON THE TEMPERATURE OF BOILING WATER.
the solutes i have used are :
sugar
salt
rock salt
baking soda
vinegar
eno
citric acid
and
disprin (the tablet)

the variation in the boiling pt is about 94 degrees C - 107 degrees celsius.

there is no drastic change
is that fine
is this project good
are my results valid ?
I AM CONFUSED!
+ i dont have the time to do it all over again or recheck my findings............
i was quite confident untill my frnd told me that THERE ISNT MUCH CHANGE AND THERE SHOULD BE A RISE NOT A FALL..............

I was trying to purchase or find free software that allows you to practice solving reaction problems or also allows you to review and practice important organic chemistry concepts. Software similar I guess you would say to the Jump Start they have available for younger children.

Are there any two chemicals (that I could expect to reasonably buy) that when mixed together, get cold? I know there are lots that get hot - I want the opposite.

Mendeleev gave his periodic table in 1860.He corrected the atomic mass of Be from 13.5 to 9.But Newland in his arangement of elements according to Law of Octaves placed Be between Li(7) and Br,though at that time Be's at.mass was taken to be 13.5.Therefore it should have been between C(12) and N.

I love science a lot, but I haven't been able to figure this one out. Why on earth would hydrogen, (a combustable element) and oxygen (An element fire needs) chemically create a compound that does the exact opposite. I know it's a new chemical, and isn't neither hydrogen or oxygen anymore, but still... always bothered me.
