a) dissolution of aluminium in KOH (aq). It is easier to work this out by assuming that the Al dissolves in water to give Al(OH)3, followed by reaction of this trihydroxide with KOH to give KAl(OH)4.

b) formation of the trioxalate complex, i.e. reaction of KAl(OH)4 with oxalic acid in the presence of excess KOH to give K3Al(C2O4)3.H2O

Water production being the life resource it is, should be, attended to by being created from the atoms in the air.
Research in this area , may result in projects similar to nuclear reactors for energy production.
If so, then has the time arrived for that to be looked into?

These are absolutely driving me crazy. You don't have to give me the actual answer if you don't want to, a simple explanation of how to find it would do, too. But I won't say no to the actual name. I'm just trying to find the structural formulas for the following compounds, and I'm not the best at this.

1. tetraamminenickel(II) perchlorate
2. tetraammineplatinum(II) tetrachlorocuprate(II)

Thanks in advance!
