I'm having a problem with this question and I have nothing else to check it by.
What mass of Na2CrO4 is required to precipitate all of the silver ions from 75.0 mL of a .100 M solution of AgNO3?
My answer is 1.21g.
Is this correct and if it is not, Why?

Where can I buy these items, for a decent price? Not online, prefferably.

Also, if I am putting acids in these tubes, will the tube melt? I need to put in hydrochloric (muriatic) acid in, etc...

The hardware stores website showed the sulfuric acid in a regular bottle that looked like plumber's equipment. I think it is dilluted with other chemicals. So, if my experiment is how acids affect different metals, will the sulfuric acid from the store act differently than just water-dilluted sulfuric acid?

Bucky ball (if I'm spelling that right) is a carbon molecule designed to hold gases in a solid state. I remember reading about it in Popular Science years ago and it came up in a conversation recently, but I cant find anything about it on the web.

The answer is CaSO3 -> CaO + SO2. I understand that when SO3 is in a vacuum...it turns to SO2...but I don't get how you predict the other product (CaO)...is it just a format that I just have to memorize?
