we need to find the parametric equations for the surface 16x^2+9y^2+z^2=84

we currently have r(u,v)=(u,v, sqrt(84-16u^2-9v^2)), which is wrong. this only gives positive values. we need both positive and negative. we were told by our instructor that we need to use spherical coordinates, but haven't figured out how. i know this is a little vague but any help is appreciated. thanks in advance!
