Ok,i've been wondering how can you tell if you have ADD,i mean half of my teachers,friends,& some of my family members say they think i got it,but idk how can you tell,any help?

I would like to know how you turn a reapting decimal to a fraction, for example 0.09 with the 9 with a line over (0.09999999...)

Also can someone explain how to convert a number with a line over 2 numbers? (0.4545454545454545454545)

I have to answer questions on a frog dissection.
1. The frog's senses are located on the top of the head. How does this help the frog when it is in the water?
